These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our services. By booking or using our services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
1. Services Provided
We offer the following services to residential and commercial clients:
- Same-Day Deliveries (local courier and package transport)
- Moving Services (household and small business relocations)
- Junk Removal (non-hazardous waste removal and disposal)
All services are provided subject to availability and may require advance booking or approval based on location, load, and safety.
2. No Personal Data Collection
- Data-Free Operations
We do not collect, store, or share any personal data beyond what is strictly necessary to perform the requested service.
- Use of Temporary Information
Temporary information such as name, address, phone number, or service location may be required for scheduling, pickup, or delivery—but this information is not stored in any database or used for marketing, tracking, or analytics.
- No Marketing or Profiling
We do not send marketing communications, nor do we track user behavior or build customer profiles.
- Third-Party Providers
In cases where third-party contractors or tools are used (e.g. navigation, vehicle rental, disposal services), they are only provided the minimum necessary information and are contractually obligated not to retain or use it beyond the task.
3. Booking & Scheduling
- Service Requests: Can be made via phone, email, SMS, or in person.
- Same-Day Services: Available only within designated zones and subject to vehicle and crew availability.
- Arrival Windows: Times provided are estimates. Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen factors.
- Cancellations: Customers may cancel up to 24 hours before scheduled service. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
4. Pricing & Payment
- Quotes: All pricing is quoted upfront based on the service type, distance, and any special requirements.
- Payment Due: Payment is due upon completion of service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Accepted Methods: Cash, debit/credit card, or mobile payment apps.
- Additional Charges: May apply for stairs, oversized items, or long distances.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must:
- Provide accurate information about service needs (e.g., item quantity, address, access issues).
- Ensure items for moving or junk removal are ready and accessible at the scheduled time.
- Be present (or designate someone) at pickup and/or drop-off locations.
- Not include hazardous, illegal, or restricted materials in deliveries or junk piles.
We reserve the right to refuse service for unsafe, unlawful, or improperly prepared loads.
6. Limitations of Liability
- Loss or Damage: We handle all items with care, but are not responsible for damages due to poor packing, pre-existing damage, or customer handling.
- Valuables: We do not accept responsibility for cash, jewelry, electronics, or fragile items unless declared and agreed in writing before transport.
- Junk Removal: Once items are removed, they are considered surrendered and cannot be returned.
Our liability is limited to the lesser of:
(a) the cost of re-performing the service,
(b) repair/replacement value (up to a maximum of $1M), or
(c) the amount paid for the service.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Arrow Transport & Delivery Service harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Breach of these Terms
- Misrepresentation of items or services needed
- Unsafe or illegal conditions at service locations
8. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse service to any customer who:
- Engages in abusive or unsafe behavior
- Provides false information
- Fails to pay for past services
- Requests unlawful activities
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Hillsborough, Florida, unless otherwise required by law.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website or upon notice to customers. Continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance.
